Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by the Navy League of Canada Saskatchewan Division, 1860 Lorne Street, Regina SK S4P 2L7. Questions about this policy go to division@nlcsd.ca or 306-780-9294.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and community if you give them, and your message. We use them only to answer you, and to pass your enquiry to the right corps or branch when you ask about joining.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives contact form messages, checks them for spam and passes them to the Division by email. Netlify processes this information only to provide that service.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Young people

The contact form is meant for parents, guardians and adults. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Keeping and correcting information

We keep messages only as long as we need them to answer and to keep a record of enquiries. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing division@nlcsd.ca.

Other websites

Links to corps email addresses, the Navy League of Canada and other organizations lead outside this site. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
