CPO2 Sotyemi, Ebunoluwa #9 NLCC A.N. Morris, in Regina, Sk. was selected to receive the Medal of Excellence Award.

2. Navy League Cadet Training Record (Mandatory)
3. Navy League Cadet Activity Record (Mandatory)
4. Photographs of the Nominee in Full Uniform - One head and shoulder and one full body, boots must be in view (Mandatory)
5. School marks (Mandatory)

The more information or letters of recommendation you provide, the better chance of your nominee being selected. Branch Presidents and Commanding Officers are responsible for proper completion of the award packages prior to submission.
All award packages must be received by the Division Awards Chair no later than 10 February. Late submission will not be accepted.
